Training for Sunday February 21
 

Age Groups:  93, 94 and 95 Boys and Girls

Location: Moore Park, Lafayette, LA
Fields 18 - 24

Time: 1 pm to 4 pm

 

Training will take place on Sunday, February 21 at Moore Park.
 

If you have not yet:

  • picked up your uniform

  • have a sweatshirt backorder or

  • a change in your shorts

  • placed an additional order through the Decatur Registration as of 2/18/2010

 you will be able to pick up your uniform/etc at training.
 

If you cannot attend training you must submit an excuse to me by mail, email or fax.  Excuses will be issued for medical, school or other legitimate reasons.
 

If you have not turned in your four (4)ODP forms and copy of your insurance card please do so as soon as possible - please mail these forms to the LSA Office - 475 Gardere Lane, Baton Rouge, LA 70820.  These forms will not be picked up at practice.

UNIFORM PICKUP AND ODP FORM DROP OFF

We still have uniforms in the office that need to be picked up and forms that need to be dropped off.

Forms - You can mail your ORIGINAL forms to the office (475 Gardere Lane, Baton Rouge, LA  70820)  If you just owe me a insurance card, I will be happy to take that by fax or email.

Uniforms - If you are in Baton Rouge you can come by any time to get your uniform.  If you cannot come by we will bring your uniform to South Texas for 96 - 99 or to the next training session in Lafayette for 93 - 95. 

LSA Office Hours are - 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday and 9 am to 12 pm on Friday.  If you have any questions please email (odp@lsa-soccer.org) or call 225-766-0577.

Need to exchange something - email me and we will get that exchange worked out.
